St Joseph's Secondary School

Principals Welcome

MaryCrawford.jpgOur school is stunningly located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1929 and now under the Trusteeship of CEIST. The school continues to provide a broad curriculum and high quality teaching in an environment of warmth, caring and friendship which is further enhanced by our engagement with the Droichead Programme.

St. Joseph’s has adapted to meet the changing societal and economic needs of the community over the years. In addition to mainstream second level education, it offers unparalleled choice to adults through night classes, FETAC and Back to Education programmes.

We are also proud of the on-going developments that have greatly enhanced our school and continue to find new ways of accommodating and inspiring our students in a modern and unique educational environment.

As Principal of St. Joseph’s, it is my particular privilege to invite you to visit our website and become immersed in our vibrant school community.
